By accessing, signing up for, or using Liink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application or our services.

2. Description of Service

Liink provides a link-in-bio service that allows users to create customizable landing pages with multiple links, social connections, media content, and analytics tracking. Our services include:

  • Creating and customizing link-in-bio pages
  • Adding unlimited links, headers, and social media buttons
  • Tracking page views, clicks, and visitor analytics
  • Generating QR codes for your pages
  • Custom domain support (Pro and Business plans)

3. Account Registration

To use Liink, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Liink. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your public content as necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contain malicious code or harmful links
  • Promote illegal activities or violence
  • Contain explicit, hateful, or discriminatory content

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Liink offers various subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business). By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the billing period ends
  • Price changes with 30 days advance notice
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Liink to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Liink service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Linkks LLC FZ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without explicit permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Liink is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimers

Liink is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any content created by users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkks LLC FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be revoked
  • Your public pages will no longer be accessible
  • Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
  • Any remaining subscription period will not be refunded

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkks LLC FZ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Linkks LLC FZ regarding your use of Liink.
